The LPP PARTNER CHECK
With a PARTNER CHECK, the personality profiles of two people can be clearly compared. The results of a PARTNER CHECK provide an ideal basis for analysis and coaching discussions, e.g. in the context of conflict mediation or couples counseling.
The PARTNER CHECK is available in the following two versions:
The LPP TEAM CHECK
The TEAM CHECK is based on the results of the LPP and provides a detailed overview of a team’s character traits (based on the BIG FIVE), motives and competences.
In addition, the TEAM CHECK results report provides information on how the personalities of the team members influence the behaviours and roles in the team.
In a team development workshop, the TEAM CHECK can be used as a basis for resource-orientated team development or solution-orientated conflict management, for example.
